📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain critical facilities including power distribution, cooling systems, and fire protection.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of data center operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize data center infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance.
• Certifications such as A0/A1 Chargeman, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using data center management software such as Equinix’s internal systems or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with HVAC systems and fire suppression systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
