📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and patient outcomes.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.,Monitor and evaluate department performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, preferably Nursing or Healthcare Administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant healthcare software and technology.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and across different departments.
