📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Track vehicle usage and performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have up-to-date documentation.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Handle any vehicle-related complaints or issues raised by employees or customers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
