📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain onboard service facilities, including dining, laundry, and other amenities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of onboard service areas.
• Monitor and report any issues with service facilities to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to ensure high standards of food and service.
• Manage and maintain laundry equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for onboard service facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and crew members.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
• Knowledge of onboard service facilities, including dining, laundry, and other amenities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic maritime environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Valid certification in maritime safety and security (STCW) is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in maritime operations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
