📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Identify and document quality issues and defects.,Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent their recurrence.,Maintain and update quality control procedures and standards.,Perform root cause analysis on quality issues to identify areas for improvement.,Generate and analyze quality control reports to monitor and improve product quality.,Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulations.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
