Crystal One Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills in Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes
