We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from inception to completion.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.,Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.,Conduct gap analysis and recommend appropriate SAP SuccessFactors configurations and customizations.,Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.,Train and mentor team members on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and project management methodologies.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.,Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant) is a plus.,Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance & Goals.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
