📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax operations activities to ensure compliance with FATCA, AEOI, and QI regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.,Monitor and report on tax-related activities and trends to senior management.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance.,Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and industry best practices.,Provide training and support to junior staff on tax operations and compliance matters.,Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax operations, with a focus on FATCA, AEOI, or QI compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international tax regulations.,Proven experience in managing tax operations and ensuring compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with financial software and tax management systems is a plus.
