📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
