The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and enhancing the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events and campaigns.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager and higher management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
