📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the Field Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.

Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports.

Providing sales training and support to the sales team.

Assisting in the development of new business opportunities.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the local market and customer base is a plus.
