📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule,Oversee fuel and maintenance expenses,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures,Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Generate reports on fleet performance and expenses,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures,Provide support to the operations team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
