📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR practices accordingly.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on building workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
