Central Local Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Batang. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Facilitate employee training and development programs, including orientation, skill-building workshops, and career advancement opportunities.,Handle employee relations matters, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
