📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, safety, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for the crew.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior crew members.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order and readily available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the marine industry.,Valid Captain's License (COC) and STCW Basic Safety Training.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and troubleshooting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.
