📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Passionate about building relationships and helping others.,Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
