The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the tea plantation, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.,Lead and motivate a team of workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of tea production.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet production targets.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Assist in training and developing new team members to ensure continued growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of tea production processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic agricultural machinery and equipment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
