📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to align talent acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
