📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to ensure they are performing at their best.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics principles, practices, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management software is a plus.
