Leaf Crystal Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be expected to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Manage the workforce, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Maintain strong relationships with customers to meet their specific needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
