PERSOL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plastic/Resin Sales Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic or resin industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the plastic and resin market, including industry trends and competitors.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
