📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement operational risk management strategies to safeguard the business.,Monitor and assess operational risks across the Commodities and Global Markets division.,Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with senior management to identify and address operational risks.,Oversee the implementation of risk management frameworks and controls.,Provide regular risk reports and updates to the senior management team.,Conduct risk audits and inspections to ensure adherence to risk management policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record in developing and implementing operational risk management strategies.,Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in risk assessment tools and techniques.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with the commodities market and global financial markets is a plus.
