📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the real assets portfolio, including infrastructure, real estate, and energy investments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement investment strategies in collaboration with portfolio managers and analysts.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including portfolio performance, risk assessments, and investment recommendations.
• Utilize software such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and internal Macquarie systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management, real estate, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Knowledge of real assets investment principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment software such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or similar.
• Certification in Financial Analysis (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (ChA) is a plus.
