As an HR & General Affairs Manager, you'll work closely with our management team to address workplace issues, develop and implement HR policies, and manage our facilities to ensure they meet our operational needs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our facilities, including our production lines, offices, and employee amenities, to ensure they are safe, efficient, and comfortable.

Oversee industrial relations to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage facility operations, including production lines, offices, and employee amenities.
Ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and comfortable for employees.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance.
