📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and monitor cross-border transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global regulations.
• Resolve any issues that arise with transactions, working closely with clients to find solutions.
• Ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and on time, maintaining the highest standards of security and efficiency.
• Provide clients with the support and guidance they need to navigate the complexities of international payments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of cross-border payments and operations, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide regular reports on the status of transactions and operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-border payments and operations, preferably in a global financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of international payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Core Banking Solutions, Oracle, or SAP.
• Knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance requirements.
