📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of internet services
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to network infrastructure
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new technologies and improvements
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Document all network activities and maintain accurate records
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent network issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ISP operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
