As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or concerns.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handling and safety certification.
