📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in recording and managing transactions.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
• Promote Hilton’s products and services to guests, highlighting the unique features and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
