📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily retail fulfillment operations, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail fulfillment processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
