You'll also be responsible for maintaining our facilities, including our production lines, offices, and employee amenities, to ensure they are safe, efficient, and comfortable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee industrial relations to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage facility operations, including production lines, offices, and employee amenities.
• Ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and comfortable for employees.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR and facilities staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and facilities management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of managing industrial relations and HR policies.
• Experience with facility management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
